Needlepoint Beginner Series with Kelly: Aug 10, 13, 17

New to needlepoint? This is the loveliest place to start. Join Kelly for a warm, hands-on beginner series taught over three classes — everything you need to go from "I've always wanted to try this" to happily stitching away. Your spot includes a painted canvas, a practice canvas, a needle, and thread, so you can simply show up and begin.

Your three classes

• Class 1 — Needlepoint 101: the basics that get you comfortable and confident — threading a needle, waste knots, the continental stitch, and how to care for and organize your supplies.
• Class 2 — Challenges and Opportunities: the techniques that make a real difference and a happier stitcher — tension, anchoring, traveling, and scooping — plus how to fix mistakes with frogging, over-stitching, and a snag rabbit.
• Class 3 — Officially Obsessed: now that the basics feel easy, we'll get you dreaming big — thread types, color swapping, decorative stitches, compensating, and planning a project all the way through to finishing.
