An interactive hat bar with Grand Central comes to The Lillie’s garden patio. Founded by Edgar in 2019 and run alongside his wife, Grand Central crafts hats that are true works of art — custom-shaped and finished just for you, right at the bar.

Each piece is handcrafted from materials sourced in Colombia, Bolivia, Mexico, Ecuador and beyond, blending traditional techniques with a modern touch — an heirloom as much as a fashion statement. Edgar and Grand Central are a fixture at the NFR (National Finals Rodeo), the Round-Up, and private events in Montana, and their work is carried in select stores across the U.S. Expect Panama hats and signature Grand Central styles.
