Refund policy

All sales are final.

We're a small shop. Canvases come to us in small runs and many are one of a kind, threads are dye-lot specific, and kits are assembled by hand. For these reasons, we don't accept returns or exchanges.

If something's wrong with your order, email orders@thelillie.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items get replaced, refunded, or credited.

Need to change or cancel? Email or call 805-862-1922 right away. We'll catch it if it hasn't shipped.

Class and event registrations are non-refundable.
