Shipping policy

We ship within the United States from our shop in Summerland, California.

Processing: Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. During class weeks, trunk shows, and the holidays it can run a little longer. We'll let you know if it does.

Rates: Flat rate options, chosen at checkout.

Local pickup: Free. Choose it at checkout and your order will be ready within 24 hours at 2474 Lillie Ave. We'll email you when it's ready for you.

Delivery times: Delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is with the carrier, it is out of our hands. But tell us if you're having any issues, and we'll help you track it down.

Wrong address or need to change something? Email orders@thelillie.com or call 805-862-1922 right away. We'll catch it if it hasn't shipped. Packages returned to us as undeliverable can be re-shipped at your cost.
