Each single strand is equivalent to one strand of #5 perle cotton and is interchangeable with Vineyard Silk Merino, Pepper Pot Silk, and DMC #5 Pearl Cotton on 18-count canvas. Best suited to 18 mesh, it can be used on 14-18 count.
